I design and deliver training for business schools, universities, training providers and companies. My approach rests on two pillars: gamification, to make learning more engaging, and hands-on practice, so that everyone gains real skills through tools and methods they can use the very next day.

My teaching tool
Plateau, the app I built for my own classes
No tool on the market did exactly what I wanted in the classroom, so I designed my own. Plateau brings together everything I need during a session, on the projector, on my phone and on the students’ phones.
It’s not one more gadget. It’s what lets me keep my teaching promises, session after session.
