- AI maturity audit : a review of your practices, your tools and your needs
- Use case identification : the specific uses that will deliver a concrete result in your company
- Introductions and follow-up : I put you in touch with specialists to automate your processes or create applications, and I stay by your side throughout the implementation. I act as your interpreter with them.
- Applied training : getting to grips with the tools deployed in your company, adapting processes, change management
Marketing
- Gamified marketing vision workshop : your teams build together their marketing vision for the company or for a product. Duration: 1 to 2 days.
- Recommendations report (on request) : complete feedback from me, with the actions to put in place and the levers identified
