Négowar
Buy, sell, then switch sides: negotiation seen from both sides.
½ day8 to 25 playersIn person

Négowar is a negotiation game in which players take turns as buyers and sellers. Each team receives a mission from its company, linked to a specific field. Buyers must gather all the components requested, or even more. Sellers must maximise their sales. Halfway through the session, the roles are reversed.
What participants take away
- The practice of negotiation
- An understanding of what is at stake for buyers and sellers, experienced from both sides
Who is it for?
Higher education institutions and secondary schools. Companies, as part of negotiation training.

Going further
Négowar is part of my introductory negotiation module, of which it is the final application. A follow-up discussion can also be organised after the game, tailored to your group.
